All presenters with accepted proposals should have received an email from the office with the day and time of their session. IF you did not receive an email, please contact the office.
Poster proposals are still being accepted, see the link below to submit your poster session proposal!
Poster Session Proposals can also be submitted now, and the deadline is February 15, 2026. The poster session is typically held on Saturday evening right before the closing banquet. This year we will also offer the chance to participate virtually if you won’t be able to make it to the conference in person.
