Instructions for Airport Shuttle

The hotel shuttle to and from the airport is constantly running from the hours of 4:30 AM (leaves hotel for first drop-off) and 12:00 midnight (last pick up at airport). Typically, it leaves the hotel at the bottom of every hour (4:30, 5:30, 6:30 etc) and picks up at the airport at the top of every hour (5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, etc). On peak days leading up to and following the conference, the hotel will run more shuttles and send them to and from the airport more frequently. Please stop by the front desk at the hotel for the latest schedule information.

Once you arrive in Minneapolis, take note of what Terminal you arrive in and follow directions below based on whether you arrive on Terminal 1 or Terminal 2

Terminal 1:

There is no need to call the hotel to request the shuttle if you arrive on Terminal 1. Follow the signs to Baggage Claim. From Baggage Claim, follow the signs for Ground Transportation and then Hotel Shuttles. Watch for the white van with the name Doubletree Hilton Bloomington South on the side. There are several shuttles that look the same so be sure you get on the correct shuttle.

Terminal 2:

You will need to call the hotel to inform them you need to be picked up from Terminal 2. The phone # is (+1) 952-835-7800. Once you get to Baggage Claim and have retrieved your bags in Terminal 2, call the hotel so they know you are ready to be picked up. Then exit Baggage Claim through Door 7 or Door 8 and then walk straight across the street to the parking ramp where the van will meet you. Watch for the white van with the name Doubletree Hilton Bloomington South on the side.
