Join our Education Section monthly meeting for “Simple Steps to Reduce Stress” with special guest Rowena Hicks
About This Event
Educators and school leaders face increasing demands, often leaving little time to care for their own well-being. How can we move from simply surviving to thriving while supporting those around us?
Join Rowena Hicks, former deputy headteacher, author, and accredited coach, for an engaging, interactive session exploring simple, practical ways to reduce stress and strengthen well-being. Together, we’ll explore strategies that can be applied immediately in our classrooms, schools, workplaces, and everyday lives.
Grounded in our shared commitment to Adlerian principles, this session offers an opportunity to connect, reflect, learn, and encourage one another.
Who Should Attend?
Teachers, school leaders, administrators, counselors, parent educators, and anyone interested in creating healthier, more encouraging learning communities.
Come ready to participate, reflect, and leave with practical tools you can use the very next day!
The session is hosted by the NASAP Education Section, co-chaired by Lucy Gibson and Yogi Patel.
The Education Section meets monthly on Zoom.
Everyone interested in education is welcome to this free program.
