At our regular online free meeting (held 3rd Thursdays each month at the same time), we will discuss:
Feeling Safe and Seen: Creating Psychologically Safe Environments
Join us for an interactive and experiential conversation as we explore what it means to create environments where individuals feel valued, respected, encouraged, and safe to learn, contribute, and grow. Together, we will examine Adlerian principles, current research, and practical strategies that foster belonging, significance, trust, and collaboration in educational settings.
