ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT: surveys, evaluates and advocates application of Adlerian theory to issues in organizations and the workplace, e.g., organizational structure, supervision, leadership, and problem-solving.

COUNSELING AND THERAPY: serves and encourages counselors and therapists
by networking and sharing Adlerian ways of working with clients and
communities.

EDUCATION: explores and addresses the applications of Adlerian psychological theory and techniques to the specific concerns of education and creates a supportive network among educators.

FAMILY EDUCATION: applies Adlerian principles to the home.
Members are professionals and
nonprofessionals dedicated to understanding and improving family relationships
between children and adults, within couples, and among individuals. Our purpose
is "to create a forum and network for exchanging ideas, materials and
resources related to Adlerian Family Education; to reduce isolation and
discouragement among individuals and small groups who do not have access to
on-going community support; to encourage the development of increasingly
effective methods for the research, collection and dissemination of information
related to Family Education; and to support and highlight the work already in
existence in Family Education."

PROFESSIONAL CLINICIANS: promotes training, and knowledge and teaching of Adlerian psychology for
use in clinical settings. The section encourages interfacing with other schools of thought.
