The Organization Development Section is dedicated to infusing organizational
development theory and practice with Adlerian concepts such as social interest,
democracy, social equality, empowerment, and encouragement as well as a
recognition of the importance of environment, cultural context, ecologically
sound goals, and holistic treatment of members.

Select and recommend conference proposals
Conduct annual meeting at conference
Communicate with section members
Offer scholarship for conference
Provide Active List serv
Develop a course in Adlerian Organizational Development
Develop a text for Adlerian Organizational Development
Provide a forum for the discussion of Adlerian concepts as they apply to
organizational development
Write scholarly articles publishable in organizational development journals to
aid in the diffusion of Adlerian concepts for
organizational development
Add to the membership of the Organization Development section
Provide motivation for the members of the Organization Development section to
become active in the organization,
development and application of Adlerian concepts to the theory of
organizational development.
